Colleges to consider students with criminal records
September 20, 2016 - People with a criminal past may now have a fair chance at going to college. The White House says more than 80 colleges and universities have signed on to its Fair Chance for Higher Education Pledge. Those schools will commit to adopting admissions practices that don't immediately disqualify applicants because of their criminal records.
