Who Is Lapham Group And Why Do They Get Record Checks?

They Sub-Contract Their Work

When asked how their various background searches missed two harassment lawsuits, Craig Lapham of The Lapham Group responded, “I don’t know,” when reached by phone on Friday morning. Lapham added that his company does not do background checks itself but coordinates with third parties that specialize in them.
