There are Many Hurdles to Getting Palestine Coourt Records

There are many hurdles to obtaining Palestine records.

1. Gaza is out of the question.

2 . what is known as the West Bank (see below)

Based on data from the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS) and other sources, a number of Palestinian Magistrates and District Courts are operating in the West Bank. These courts are part of the Palestinian Authority's judicial system and handle civil and criminal cases.

In Palestine there are courts in the following governorates in the West Bank:

Magistrates Courts:

-Jenin

-Tubas & Northern Valleys

-Tulkarm

-Nablus

-Qalqiliya

-Safit

-Ramallah & Al-Bireh

-Jericho & Al-Aghwar

-Bethlehem

-Hebron (multiple locations, including Dora and Halhoul)

-Yatta

Courts of First Instance (District Courts):

-Jenin

Tulkarm

-Nablus

-Qalqiliya

-Ramallah & Al-Bireh

-Jericho & Al-Aghwar

-Bethlehem

-Hebron

There have been many instances that information has not been forthcoming. Mostly because of political nature

Service has been erratic . I don't have great contacts but they can usually produce.

What I will need is an address to ghet the correct location and quote, plus see if there is a TAT (or ETA) available.

Also , can you find out if the subject is in Palestne, if not where and when did the subject depart?

It was $212 but I don't believe that price can be held.
