A bus monitor has been charged with molesting a disabled 9-year-old girl who cannot speak.
Robert Hoff, 61, who worked as a bus monitor for 2½ years, was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree sex abuse.
The bus company said, "all employees of the company have to be cleared through the FBI database as part of pre-employment screening, including Hoff, who had no prior similar behavior.
