May 02, 2016 - A Gaston County group is looking to help men and women with criminal records lead productive lives. Faith, Hope and Love Ministries' Moses Colbert started a program to teach life and job skills to young men and women who've spent time in jail or prison. It will include on-the-job training for construction, computer and truck driving trades. Teachers will also discuss successful traits to lead productive lives. "I'm excited about this journey that I'm embarking on with this program," Colbert said. "I see a potential brick mason or potential painter or a potential carpenter.
