London Jurisdictions Court Records Search Guide

February 17, 2020 posted by Steve Brownstein

Steven Brownstein here.

I cover London area very well.

I will need a postal code to know which court to search.

Your basic search is the Magistrates Court. Almost all cases begin and end there.

The few that don't are very serious crimes. They go to the Crown Curt.

The Crown Court also sentences those convicted in the Magistrates Court whose sentences are more than 6 months.

It is best to search both the Magistrates and Crown courts.

The pricing is mainly $19.99 for a London court (close to center of Londond and to about a radius of 10km) and $32 for the farther out from the center.

The postal code will tell us which court and the cost.

If you first provide me with the postal code I can give you a quote prior to your ordering.

The Crown Court pricing is the same as the Magistrates Court except if you order the Crown Court corresponding (yo the Magistrates Court and  at the same time as the Magistrate Court the price of the Crown Court search is only $14 regardless of the postal code.

TAT is quicker a the Crown Court 1-2 days. The Magistrates Court runs about 7 days; it is clerk searched -we provide the names.
