Assessment Testing Company The Hire Talent Partners with IO Psychology Department at Bowling Green U

We are excited to announce that The Hire Talent: A Talent Assessment Company has partnered with one of the nation's top Industrial and Organizational Psychology grad school programs from Bowling Green State University on a research project that will further propel our pre-hire competency and behavioral assessments forward. Since IO Psychologists' whole purpose in their career is to help make workplaces more efficient and productive, we felt that partnering with a team whose goals and objectives align with ours in helping businesses hire the right people was the next obvious step for our business and our assessments.

The project, which will outline our four core assessments, begins in early October and is expected to complete by the end of 2017. We are working with several students from the program and the chair of the Psychology department and are very excited to be a part of this!
