Cancellation Policy

Attendee Registration

All cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing by the appropriate dates. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. Letters or email requests must be received by the following dates:

By September 1, 2010
Full refund minus a $25 processing fee

October 15, 2010
50% refund plus a $25 processing fee

After October 31, 2010
No refunds will be provided

Refund requests received by October 31st will be processed and issued within four to six week AFTER the conference.

Sponsorships

There are No Refunds on payments made for sponsorship items which include the following:

• Program Advertisements
• Exhibit Space
• All General Sponsorship categories
• All Refreshment/Reception categories
• All Product & Service Categories
